Everything was just perfect and the fact I didn't do anything including getting ready until an hour before the wedding started was proof that the entire event was flawless. I would like to thank everyone who worked on our wedding and want them to know that they are forever in our hearts. My only criticism is that the day ended too soon. Thank you a million times over. Our Perfect Wedding Day!

“For our wedding gift Vila Widuch gave us a rain-stopping ceremony, I have to say that Ed and I were sceptical, but Vila shared the details of the ritual which takes place on several occasions and involves all of her team, praying to the Gods. The week leading up to our big day on the 24th July, 2009 was really unsettled weather-wise, it was overcast with frequent, heavy, downpours. We kept trying to avoid looking at the weather report which had predicted rain. When we woke up on the actual wedding day the heavens opened, and I mean monsoon style downpour and then out of nowhere, the sky turned brilliant blue. I have to say it was incredible, neither of us could believe it, the weather was absolutely PERFECT and it was by far the best wedding gift, the sun was beaming down, turning the water turquoise and making the gardens and flowers look like paradise ! Thanks to Vila and her team, not sure what they did but we were thrilled, and the next day at our pool party the weather was amazing, breaking back to cloud and rain after our event – freaky!”

Rain Stoppers

A week out from our wedding and it was raining every day. Vila Widuch suggested we get a traditional rainstopper but I thought that was pretty out there. As the wedding day came closer, it continued to rain each day right around the same time as our ceremony would be. Finally, the night before our wedding at our rehearsal (it was bucketing down) Vila told us she’d organized for a rainstopper because she wanted our day to go well. Our wedding day arrived and it did not rain at all from the start of the day until the end of the party at 4am. It was the best day of our lives. The next day we awoke and sure enough it was raining again but we had our special memories of our wonderful day. Rainstoppers…..I still think it’s out there….but sure seemed to work for us. My wife, our friends and I had a wonderful and memorable time during my wife's
bitrhday in Bali on 4 October 2008. This was made possible by the creativity,
local knowledge as well as the diligence and organisational skills of Ms Vila Widuch
and her team who were appointed as the party planner/event manager for the function.

Without any hesitation, I would strongly recommend the services of Bali
Experience for anyone having intentions to hold an event on the island.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding in March 2008.

From our first trip to Bali, when researching potential venues, it became apparent that Vila is very well connected in Bali. She effortlessly showed us a number of suitable wedding venues, and was quick to point out the pros and cons of each location. We did not waste any of our short time, as Vila only showed us venues of a high standard.

I would happily recommend Ms Vila Widuch due to her good connections, friendly efficient demeanour, and the high calibre of her work. She certainly played a major part in making our wedding in Bali a wonderful experience.

My Bali Wedding

I worked with Vila Widuch and the members of her company, Bali Experience, to plan my wedding held on 15th June, 2008. From my first contact with Vila via email right through until the big day, things could not have run more smoothly, and I thank her extensive knowledge of all the services in Bali, as well as her very friendly, kind and professional personality for that.

Planning a wedding can be a very stressful time for a bride, not to mention when you are not even in the same country that the event is going to be held, but with Vila as my wedding planner, I didn’t have a worry in the world. She told me everything I needed to know, sent me many, many photos of different options of things I could choose for my event, as well as investigating anything new or different that I may have suggested. On top of that she was always there to answer any question I had, and always replied to my emails extremely quickly.

I could not recommend Vila or her company more highly.

Last May after my retirement from a very hectic diplomatic life, my wife and I spent several weeks at a Bali-Experience villa. It turned out to be the ideal place, well equipped and beautifully decorated up to the last details in this most attractive Balinese style with friendly and efficient staff who dealt with all our wishes and arrangements for our stay there. Incidentally, we enjoyed our stay so much that we came back twice since then.

I want to express to you how utterly impressed I was by everyone's performance last week during the A&B wedding events. The events were flawless! It really hit me on the plane home when I reflected on the fact that we brought vendors together from England, Germany, Australia, Thailand, Jakarta, Malaysia, Bali, and the U.S. whom had never worked together as a team yet got the job done like a well-oiled machine. I would like to thanks once again for you and Vila's help in my last Bali trip. My friend and I had a truly enjoyable experience in Bali with the sunshine and beaches and the great accommodation arrangement by Bali experience just made this trip became wonderful. Despite some problem and unsatisfactions aroused when we arrive the villa we originally booked, I am very impressed by the prompt action that the staff of Bali-Experience had taken to arrange another villa for our stay. Upon our arrival at Emerald Sunset, our worries eased right away. We are attracted by the modern design and fine details of Emerald Sunset and the excellent services provided by the friendly and considerate staff and chefs gave us a homelike feeling which made our stay comfortable and memorable.

I look forward to come to Bali again and Bali Experience will definitely be my preferred agent.
